THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND EVERY APPOINTMENT
I Clarify It. I Question It. Sometimes I Rebuild It.
Whether you're building a regimen for the first time or untangling one that stopped working, the process is the same. I clarify it, question it, and sometimes rebuild it. With you, not for you.
I don't want to just add medications. I want to clean up what's already there and really understand what's driving the symptoms. My goal is to help you optimize your functioning... not just survive, but actually thrive.
30 Years of
Clinical Experience
Nearly three decades of clinical experience — starting in women's health, moving into psychiatric care. Every intake takes the time your history deserves.
Menopause Society Certified Practitioner
Hormonal shifts and mental health are never separate. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, I am supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, with a specific focus on the women historically underserved in this care.
Thoughtful, Individualized Prescribing
Every appointment is a real conversation, not just a prescription check-in. Every medication decision is made with you, based on what your body and history actually need.

HOW CAN I HELP
Every Service Is Built Around One Belief
At Magnolia Psychiatric Services, that belief is simple: you deserve to understand exactly what is happening in your mind and body, and to have a real say in what happens next.
Medication Management
Depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder.
I believe in prescribing thoughtfully — starting where you are, and adjusting only as much as the evidence and your experience call for.
Reproductive Mental Health
Specialized focus on how hormonal transitions intersect with mental health.
Perimenopause, HRT support. Particular commitment to Black women and women of color.

ABOUT NADINE
What I Bring. What You Deserve.
I'm Nadine Smith. Care, to me, means a regimen that's no more complicated than it needs to be — built around what actually helps you feel like yourself.
It's my mission to help you make informed decisions about your mental health — free from stigma, over-medication, and the fear of being misunderstood — so you can show up as the best version of yourself.
I bring my clinical training. You bring your history, your goals, and the honest truth of how you've been feeling. We figure out the rest together.
Let's talk.

Convenient Telehealth Access
No commute. No waiting room. Just a real appointment with a provider who takes the time to know your history. I'm licensed across multiple states so you can get consistent care wherever life takes you.
IS THIS THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU?
This Practice Was Built For You If...
01
You want a provider who explains the 'why,' not just the 'what.'
03
You're managing multiple roles — work, family, caregiving — and need a provider who gets it.
05
You're carrying trauma you haven't found words
for yet.
02
You want to feel like yourself, not sedated or numbed out.
04
You're experiencing hormonal transitions that feel impossible to control.
06
You want a real say in your care.

ONE REASON THIS PRACTICE EXISTS
Care For Those Who Have Been Denied It
I welcome patients from all backgrounds. And I am particularly committed to ensuring that Black women and women of color receive the quality of care they have historically been denied.
Research suggests: Black women experience more severe menopause symptoms, for longer, and are still significantly less likely to receive adequate treatment. That hormonal complexity doesn’t exist separately from mental health. It lives inside it.
