Meet Nadine
With over two decades of experience in mental health care, I bring both expertise and genuine compassion to every person I work with. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of New Rochelle, followed by a Masters of Science in Women's Health from Emory University, and a Post Masters Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Maryland School of Nursing. I'm proud to be certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric- Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

What drives me every day is the opportunity to walk alongside you as you reclaim your emotional and mental well-being. I believe that healing happens when we address not just symptoms, but the whole person—considering the biological, psychological, spiritual, and social aspects that shape your unique experience. Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and truly collaborative treatment planning, we'll work together to create a path forward that feels right for you.
I approach treatment with solution-focused care, which means identifying and building on your existing strengths and what's already working in your life to create positive change. I view medication as one valuable tool in a comprehensive plan rather than the complete answer. We believe in the power of integrating evidence-based modalities including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, couples therapy, and EMDR to create personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs. This integrated approach allows us to work together on multiple levels, creating space for both practical solutions and meaningful healing. Whatever brings you to seek support, my approach remains grounded in compassion, respect, and genuine care for your well-being.
My experience spans diverse settings—from community mental health clinics to crisis residential treatment centers and long-term care facilities—giving me deep insight into the many ways mental health challenges can show up in our lives. This breadth of experience helps me meet you exactly where you are.
I provide services for adults ages 18 through 64, and I'm here to support you in achieving the optimal functioning and peace of mind you're seeking.
